China Shipbuilding Stocks Rise 2.42% on Net Inflow of RMB 1.96 Billion

China Shipbuilding-related stocks rose 2.42% on September 4, ranking sixth among concept sectors, with net main capital inflow of RMB 1.96 billion. China Shipbuilding led gains at 9.18%, followed by CSSC Defense and CSSC Technology. The sector saw nine advancing stocks, while capital outflows hit CSSC Special Gas.

As of the close on September 4, the China Shipbuilding concept sector rose 2.42%, ranking sixth among concept sectors that day. Nine stocks in the sector advanced, with China Shipbuilding up 9.18%, CSSC Defense up 3.82%, and CSSC Technology up 3.07%, leading the gains. Other active concept sectors that day included pork, chicken, corn, prepared dishes, and dairy, which rose 5.89%, 4.57%, 2.56%, 2.49%, and 2.47%, respectively. In contrast, sectors such as National Big Fund holdings, MLCC, SMIC concept, lithography, and storage chips led declines, falling 3.33%, 3.15%, 3.12%, 3.06%, and 3.04%, respectively.

In terms of capital flows, the sector recorded a net main capital inflow of RMB 1.96 billion, with six stocks seeing net inflows. China Shipbuilding led with a net inflow of RMB 2.00 billion, followed by CSSC Defense, CSSC Power, and CSSC Technology, which saw net inflows of RMB 66.17 million, RMB 21.74 million, and RMB 18.05 million, respectively. Additionally, China Marine Defense and CSSC Han Guang recorded net inflows of RMB 5.07 million and RMB 1.27 million, respectively.

In terms of inflow ratios, China Shipbuilding, CSSC Defense, and CSSC Technology posted net main capital inflow ratios of 16.14%, 7.27%, and 5.92%, respectively, leading the sector. Meanwhile, some stocks saw net outflows: CSSC Special Gas saw a net outflow of RMB 141 million, with an outflow ratio of 6.96%; Kunchong Intelligent saw a net outflow of RMB 4.30 million; Jiuzhiyang saw a net outflow of RMB 1.62 million; and ST Emergency saw a net outflow of RMB 751,100. In terms of turnover rates, China Shipbuilding recorded 4.49%, CSSC Defense 4.06%, CSSC Technology 3.11%, CSSC Special Gas 6.05%, and Kunchong Intelligent 2.58%.
