China's 15th Five-Year Plan for ICT Sector First Sets 6G Commercial Launch Timing
China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the 15th Five-Year Plan for the information and communication industry on September 7, marking the first explicit commitment to launch 6G commercial services at an appropriate time. The next day, 6G-related stocks outperformed a weak market, with several hitting the daily limit. Among 36 A-share 6G concept stocks, 15 high-growth names averaged a 0.65% gain since early September, led by Cambridge Industries Group's nearly 19% rise.

On September 8, the 6G concept sector rose against a weak market, with multiple stocks hitting their daily price limits. According to statistics, there are 36 6G concept stocks in the A-share market.
In terms of institutional attention, Tianfu Communication received ratings from 24 institutions, the highest number; Hengtong Optic-Electric, ZTE, and T&S Communications each received ratings from more than 10 institutions; Huagong Tech, Huace Navigation, and Haige Communications each received ratings from more than five institutions.
In terms of share price performance, since the beginning of September, 15 high-growth 6G concept stocks have risen by an average of 0.65%, outperforming major indices over the same period. Among them, Cambridge Industries Group rose by nearly 19%, the largest gain; Tiantong Co. , Changjiang Communication, and Tongyu Communication also posted modest gains.
