A-Share Indices Decline: Shanghai Down 1.16%, Shenzhen Down 4.52%, ChiNext Down 7.35%, STAR Down 5.93%

All four major indices closed lower today. The Shanghai Composite Index fell 1.16%, the Shenzhen Component Index dropped 4.52%, the ChiNext Index lost 7.35%, and the STAR Composite Index declined 5.93%.

The semiconductor and computing hardware supply chain experienced deep adjustments, with CPO, memory, and PCB sectors leading the decline. Rare metals, CRO, photovoltaic, lithium battery, and commercial aerospace concept stocks were among the biggest losers.

Banking, financial technology, large consumption, and brain-computer interface sectors bucked the trend and strengthened.
