CK Asset Holdings' luxury project 21 Borrett Road Phase 2, known as Yingten, achieved a record-breaking sale on Wednesday. A 2,153-square-foot four-bedroom unit on the 16th floor sold for over HK$159 million, or HK$74,000 per square foot, setting new highs for standard floor units since the project's launch.
CK Asset Holdings' super-luxury project 21 Borrett Road Phase 2, Yingten, recorded a dual record-breaking transaction on Wednesday. The unit, sold via tender, is located on the 16th floor, Unit 10, featuring a four-bedroom, two-suite layout with a saleable area of 2,153 square feet. The transaction price exceeded HK$159 million, with the saleable area price reaching HK$74,000 per square foot. This sale set new highs for both the transaction price and per-square-foot price of standard floor units since Yingten's launch, excluding top-floor special units and furnished units.
