CR Land's Cheung Sha Wan Project Sells Final 136 Units, Over 573x Oversubscribed

China Resources Land (Overseas) launched the final 136 units of Phase 1 of its Ruijing project in Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, on Saturday, receiving over 58,000 registrations, making it 573 times oversubscribed and setting a new record for Hong Kong new-home sales. The project has sold 363 units in under two weeks, raising nearly HK$3.51 billion.

China Resources Land (Overseas) has launched the final 136 units of Ruijing Phase 1, a large-scale mixed commercial and residential development at Fat Kwong Street, Cheung Sha Wan, in southwest Kowloon, for sale this Saturday (5th). Of these, 101 units are being sold via public sale, while the remaining 35 units are offered by tender. The project has received more than 58,000 purchase intention registrations, representing an oversubscription of over 573 times against the 101 units offered on the price list on Saturday, setting a new record for new-home sales receipts. Among the applicants are many who previously missed out on earlier phases, as well as a significant number of new buyers.

On the same day, one unit was sold by tender: Unit D on the 36th floor of Tower 3 (3A), a three-bedroom with one ensuite layout, with a saleable area of 676 square feet, transacted at HK$18.444 million, or HK$27,284 per square foot. Since the launch of Ruijing Phase 1 less than two weeks ago, a cumulative total of 363 units have been sold, generating proceeds of nearly HK$3.51 billion.
