CSI Adjusts Index Constituents for CICC's Share Swap Mergers
China Securities Index Co. announced temporary adjustments to the CSI 300 and other indices, effective from the delisting dates of Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities, following CICC's share-swap absorption mergers of the two firms.
China Securities Index Co. , Ltd. announced that, in connection with CICC's (601995) share-swap absorption mergers of Dongxing Securities (601198) and Cinda Securities (601059), it will adjust the constituents of the CSI 300 and other indices in accordance with index compilation rules. The adjustments will take effect from the delisting dates of Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities.
