CSI Small-cap 500 ETFs' Turnover Jumps 32% to 65.89 Billion Yuan, Average Up 2.30%

CSI Small-cap 500 Index ETFs recorded a total turnover of RMB 65.89 billion on Tuesday, up 32.46% from the previous session, driven by strong gains in individual funds. The average return of related ETFs stood at 2.30%, while the underlying index rose 2.49%. Notable increases were seen in the ICBC Credit Suisse CSI 500 ETF (510530) and the Invesco Great Wall CSI 500 Enhanced Strategy ETF (159610), with turnover surging 157.40% and 99.36%, respectively.

CSI Small-cap 500 Index ETFs recorded a combined turnover of RMB 65.89 billion on Tuesday, an increase of RMB 16.15 billion from the previous trading day, representing a 32.46% rise. Among the individual ETFs, the Southern CSI 500 ETF (510500) posted a turnover of RMB 45.20 billion, up RMB 19.26 billion or 74.25% from the prior session. The Ping An CSI 500 ETF (510590) saw a turnover of RMB 77.40 million, an increase of RMB 35.07 million, or 82.83%. The Invesco Great Wall CSI 500 Enhanced Strategy ETF (159610) recorded a turnover of RMB 17.13 million, up RMB 8.54 million or 99.36%.

In terms of percentage increase in turnover, the ICBC Credit Suisse CSI 500 ETF (510530) and the Invesco Great Wall CSI 500 Enhanced Strategy ETF (159610) led the gains, with turnover rising 157.40% and 99.36%, respectively, from the previous day. In market performance, the CSI Small-cap 500 Index (000905) closed 2.49% higher, and the tracking ETFs averaged a 2.30% gain. Among them, the Tianhong CSI 500 ETF (159820) rose 2.91%, while the Huatai-PineBridge CSI 500 Enhanced Strategy ETF (561550) gained 2.81%.
