Data Center Concept Stocks Rally on AI Demand: Two Hit Daily Limit, 45 Report Interim Results
A surge in AI computing demand has driven data center concept stocks higher, with Chengdi Xiangjiang and Hangzhou Steel hitting the daily limit up. Among 45 stocks that have published interim results, Liton Electronics and Fullhan Microelectronics posted net profit growth exceeding 1,000%, while 24 companies saw year-on-year gains.
Driven by an explosive growth in demand for artificial intelligence computing power, multiple major domestic and international companies plan to significantly increase data center capacity. Over a hundred A-share concept stocks are involved in the data center industry chain, and their performance has drawn market attention.
On August 11, 2026, Chengdi Xiangjiang and Hangzhou Steel hit the daily limit up, Shenzhen Sinexcel Electric rose 12.92%, and Xuguang Electronics and Tongniu Information were among the top gainers. Forty-five concept stocks have released announcements related to their interim results. Based on the lower end of net profit figures in semiannual reports, performance express reports, and profit alerts, four stocks turned from loss to profit in the first half, two narrowed their losses year-on-year, and 24 reported year-on-year growth in net profit attributable to shareholders. Among these, Liton Electronics and Fullhan Microelectronics both saw growth exceeding 1,000%.
Of the 24 stocks with net profit growth, seven have received institutional research visits since July, with Eoptolink Technology, Tiansheng Communication, and Tongfu Microelectronics leading the list at 417, 40, and 36 visits, respectively.
