Electronic Sector Posts RMB 829.65 Billion Net Inflow, 449 Stocks Rise on July 27

On July 27, the Shanghai Composite rose 1.15%, with the electronic sector gaining 2.55% and recording a net capital inflow of RMB 829.65 billion, the highest among all sectors. Among 490 stocks in the sector, 449 advanced and 14 hit daily limits. C Changxin led with a net inflow of RMB 801.26 billion, while GigaDevice saw a net outflow of RMB 24.95 billion.

On July 27, the Shanghai Composite Index rose 1.15%. Among the Shenwan industry classifications, 29 sectors advanced, with building materials and comprehensive sectors leading the gains at 5.44% and 5.33%, respectively. The electronic sector rose 2.55%. The sectors with the largest declines were petrochemicals and coal, falling 0.45% and 0.13%, respectively.

Net capital inflow for the two main boards totaled RMB 1043.46 billion for the day. Twenty-three sectors recorded net capital inflows, with the electronic sector ranking first at RMB 829.65 billion. The power equipment sector rose 3.56% for the day, with a net inflow of RMB 46.82 billion. Eight sectors saw net capital outflows, led by the computer sector with a net outflow of RMB 9.07 billion, followed by petrochemicals at RMB 8.18 billion. Other sectors with relatively large net outflows included banking, non-bank finance, and national defense.

The electronic sector comprises 490 stocks, of which 449 rose, including 14 hitting the daily limit, while 37 declined. Among the sector's stocks, 285 recorded net capital inflows, with 39 seeing inflows exceeding RMB 1 billion. The top net inflow stocks included C Changxin (RMB 801.26 billion), Yake Technology (RMB 12.96 billion), Dongshan Precision (RMB 12.69 billion), and Fenghua High-Tech (RMB 11.27 billion). Among stocks with net outflows, 22 saw outflows exceeding RMB 1 billion, led by GigaDevice (RMB 24.95 billion), Tongfu Microelectronics (RMB 22.84 billion), and Lens Technology (RMB 8.93 billion).
