Greenwoods Second-Quarter US Holdings Drop 44% to $2.19 Billion; Adds ASML, Exits Nvidia

Greenwoods Asset Management reported second-quarter 2026 13F filings showing US equity holdings of $2.19 billion, down 44% quarter over quarter. Greenwoods Asset Management submitted its 13F holdings report to the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the second quarter of 2026. As of June 30, 2026, the firm's US equity portfolio stood at $2.19 billion, a quarter-over-quarter decline of 44%.

Among the top five holdings, Alphabet Class A ranked first with approximately 1.81 million shares, valued at about $647 million, representing 29.6% of the portfolio, a 38% reduction in share count from the prior quarter. Intel ranked second with approximately 2.75 million shares, valued at about $384 million, or 17.58% of the portfolio, down 60% in shares. PDD Holdings ranked third with about 4.79 million shares, valued at approximately $365 million, accounting for 16.7% of the portfolio. Full Truck Alliance ranked fourth with about 39.45 million shares, valued at approximately $320 million, or 14.66% of the portfolio. Futu Holdings ranked fifth with about 1.09 million shares, valued at about $103 million, representing 4.69% of the portfolio.

During the quarter, Greenwoods established new positions in ASML, Applied Optoelectronics, GDS Holdings, and Applied Materials, among other AI computing supply chain companies. Simultaneously, it cleared positions in Meta, Nvidia, Amazon, and Lumentum, among other popular technology stocks. The top five buys were Futu Holdings, ASML, Applied Optoelectronics, GDS Holdings, and Applied Materials. The firm also significantly reduced its holdings in Meta, Amazon, and Nvidia.
