The Hang Seng Index opened 0.12% higher and the Hang Seng Tech Index rose 0.38%. Lens Technology advanced over 5%, while CATL gained nearly 3%. Ganfeng Lithium, Zhipu, Alibaba, and BYD Company each rose over 1%. CNOOC and PetroChina both fell more than 3%.
