Henderson Land released the first price list for its Inverness project at 28 Whampoa Street, Hung Hom, offering 53 units at an average discounted price of HK$21,388 per square foot. Units range from 269 to 418 square feet, priced between HK$5.4288 million and HK$9.6984 million. The entry unit is a one-bedroom flat on the 6th floor. The average price is 1.9% higher than the first list of the same developer's nearby First Harbour project. Show flats open this weekend.
Henderson Land Development has released the first price list for Inverness, a residential project at 28 Whampoa Street in Hung Hom, covering 53 units with an average discounted price of HK$21,388 per square foot. The units have saleable areas ranging from 269 to 418 square feet, with layouts spanning one to three bedrooms. Discounted selling prices range from HK$5.4288 million to HK$9.6984 million, corresponding to HK$19,732 to HK$24,424 per square foot on a discounted basis.
The entry-level unit is Flat L on the 6th floor, with a saleable area of 269 square feet and a one-bedroom layout, priced at HK$5.4288 million after discounts. Compared with the first price list of First Harbour, a same-series project in the same district launched by the developer in March 2026, the average discounted price per square foot for Inverness's first batch is 1.9% higher. Recent transactions of unsold one-hand units in the same district have recorded prices of about HK$22,000 per square foot.
Inverness will open its show flats to the public this weekend and begin collecting cheques, with the sales arrangement expected to be announced as early as next week.
