Henderson Land's residential project Ying Wui, located at 28 Whampoa Street in Hung Hom, has released three price lists covering a total of 111 units. As of 2:00 pm on the day, the project had received approximately 2,100 subscriptions, representing an oversubscription of nearly 18 times. The developer indicated that it may release the fourth price list on the same day, covering 10% to 20% of the project's units, and announced the first sales arrangement, planning to conduct the initial round of sales on Saturday, October 12. Additionally, the project may simultaneously launch tenders for special units, including Unit F on the 29th floor, with a saleable area of 387 square feet, a three-bedroom layout, and an adjoining 309-square-foot rooftop.
Separately, the second phase of the Heavenly Summit project in the Mid-Levels West, jointly developed by Henderson Land and New World Development, has been releasing new sales arrangements since Saturday, October 5. To date, nine units have been offered for tender, with further sales arrangements expected to be announced over the next two days.
