Henderson's Inverness in Hung Hom Adds 28 Units, Prices from HK$5.76 million

Henderson Land's Inverness project at 28 Whampoa Street, Hung Hom, has released its third price list, comprising 28 units. The discounted selling prices range from HK$5.7582 million to HK$10.377 million, with discounted prices per square foot between HK$20,713 and HK$24,825. The unit with the lowest price per square foot and total price is Flat K on the 16th floor, a one-bedroom layout, priced at HK$5.7582 million, or HK$20,713 per square foot on a saleable area basis.

As of 5:30 p. m. today, Inverness has received about 1,200 checks in total. Based on the 83 units offered in the first two price lists, this represents an oversubscription of more than 13 times.
