Hong Kong Stocks Open: Hang Seng Up 0.01%, ZJXC and GigaDevice Lead Gains

Hong Kong stocks opened with the Hang Seng Index rising 0.01%, while the Hang Seng Tech Index fell 0.26%. Cambridge Industries, Zhongji Innolight, and GigaDevice led the gains, and Agricultural Bank of China advanced more than 1%.
