Institutional Research: 69 A-Share Companies, BeiGene Tops, Shijia Photonics Leads Inflow

Over the five trading days through August 10, about 69 A-share companies received institutional research visits. Securities firms accounted for 88.41% of the surveyed companies. BeiGene drew the most institutions at 210, while Shijia Photonics saw the largest net capital inflow of RMB 2.288 billion. Among heavily surveyed stocks, top gainers included Shijia Photonics (38.48%), Xingyun Technology (36.96%) and Sinocera (31.68%). In earnings, Zelgen and Xingyun led net profit growth at 979.09% and 540.15%, respectively; BeiGene reported a 627.1% increase.

By institution type, securities firms surveyed 61 companies, accounting for 88.41% of the total surveyed; fund companies surveyed 55, ranking second; and sunshine private equity firms surveyed 33, ranking third. Among the research list, 22 companies were surveyed by more than 20 institutions. BeiGene had 210 institutions participate, Sinocera was surveyed by 152 institutions, and Guanghe Technology and Zelgen were surveyed by 112 and 97 institutions, respectively. In terms of research frequency, Xingyun Technology received four institutional visits, the most frequent; Yibo Technology and BOE Technology each received two visits. Among the stocks surveyed by more than 20 institutions, 12 saw net capital inflows over the past five days. Shijia Photonics recorded a net inflow of RMB 2.288 billion, the largest main capital inflow; BeiGene and Feilong saw net inflows of RMB 434 million and RMB 408 million, respectively. In market performance, 20 of the heavily surveyed stocks rose over the period, with Shijia Photonics, Xingyun Technology and Sinocera leading gains at 38.48%, 36.96% and 31.68%, respectively; two fell, with By-Health down 2.03% and Guangqi Technology down 0.13%. In earnings, 13 of the heavily surveyed stocks have published half-year reports. Zelgen and Xingyun Technology posted the highest year-on-year net profit growth, at 979.09% and 540.15%, respectively. One stock issued a half-year performance express report: BeiGene's net profit rose 627.1%. Four stocks published half-year earnings forecasts, with one forecasting an increase and one forecasting a profit.
