Jim Cramer Charitable Trust Buys 50 Honeywell Aerospace and 100 Intel Shares

Jim Cramer's charitable trust purchased 50 shares of Honeywell Aerospace (HONA) at approximately $204.07 each and 100 shares of Intel (INTC) at about $93.84 each on Monday. The moves raised the trust's weighting in Honeywell Aerospace to 1.7% from 1.4% and in Intel to 2.85% from 2.6%. The purchases came after a de-escalation in US-Iran hostilities drove crude oil prices lower and lifted stock futures. Honeywell Aerospace, spun off from Honeywell Technologies on June 29, has seen its shares decline from around $220 to near $200. Intel fell about 7% last Friday amid a broad sell-off in semiconductor stocks.

Shortly after the market opened on Monday, Jim Cramer's charitable trust purchased 50 shares of Honeywell Aerospace (ticker: HONA) at approximately $204.07 each, and 100 shares of Intel (INTC) at about $93.84 each. Following the transactions, the trust holds 320 shares of HONA, raising its portfolio weight to 1.7% from 1.4%, and 1,200 shares of INTC, increasing the weight to 2.85% from 2.6%.

The purchases occurred against a backdrop of a temporary truce in hostilities between the United States and Iran, which pushed crude oil prices lower and stock futures higher. Honeywell Aerospace, which was spun off from Honeywell Technologies on June 29, has seen its share price fall from around $220 to about $200.

Intel shares fell about 7% last Friday amid a broad sell-off in semiconductor stocks.
