The total amount of the reduction was approximately 737 million yuan. After the change in equity, Xunuo Investment's holding ratio fell from 7.95% to 4.9999%, dropping below 5%. The reduction plan was disclosed on April 9, 2026, with the original reduction period from April 30 to July 29, 2026; the actual execution took five trading days from plan disclosure to completion. Jinhaitong's stock price hit a high of 550 yuan on July 1, 2026, representing a more than tenfold increase from 49.33 yuan at the end of 2024.
