Elon Musk's 48.4% stake in SpaceX, as of June 30, is valued at over $900 billion (about HK$7.02 trillion), according to a regulatory filing. SpaceX listed on June 12, raising $85.7 billion in its IPO, and its market value briefly exceeded $2 trillion. Shares have since declined, closing at $141.29 on Thursday, down 3.33%. The filing reveals Musk holds 6.42 billion shares, including trust holdings, and has retained more than 82% voting power since the IPO.

As of June 30, Musk held a 48.4% stake in SpaceX, valued at over $900 billion (approximately HK$7.02 trillion) based on current market prices. SpaceX went public on June 12, raising $85.7 billion in its initial public offering, and its market capitalization briefly surpassed $2 trillion. The stock has since retreated, closing at $141.29 on Thursday, down 3.33%.

The filing shows Musk holds 6.42 billion SpaceX shares, including 849.5 million Class A shares and 3.92 billion Class B shares held by a trust for which he serves as trustee, 1.3 billion restricted Class B shares held by Musk himself, and options for 350 million Class B shares. Since the IPO, he has maintained more than 82% voting power in the company.
