Nearly 800 Firms Draw Institutional Research in Past Week; AMEC Leads with 389
In the week from August 29 to September 4, the number of listed companies researched by institutions approached 800. AMEC (Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment) was the most sought-after company, with 389 institutions participating in research, of which over 100 were private equity firms. Mindray Medical, Fenghua Advanced Technology, Huaming Power Equipment, and Huafeng Technology also each received research visits from more than 100 institutions.
During the same period, stocks covered by institutional research fell by an average of 0.07%. However, shares of Liujin Technology, Jingyeda, ASD, and Jindi Shares each rose by more than 20%.
