China's semiconductor sector extended its decline in A-share trading, with Tongfu Microelectronics and Yoke Technology both hitting the daily limit down. Ultra Pure Materials fell more than 15%, while Guoke Micro, Thinkon Semiconductor, Chipown and VeriSilicon posted some of the steepest losses.
