Semiconductor Shares Rally in China; Youyan Silicon Up 20%

On September 16, semiconductor shares strengthened. Youyan Silicon rose by the 20% daily limit, Jingsheng Shares gained more than 12%, and Shanghai Hejing advanced over 11%. Zhongjing Technology and Youyan New Material also hit their daily limits, while Jifeng Mingyuan and Changguang Huaxin posted substantial gains.
