Shanghai Composite Rises 0.40%, Shenzhen Component Up 1.41%; 4,891 Stocks Gain, Aili Home Hits Fifth Limit-Up
As of the morning close, the Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.40% to 3,829.39 points, while the Shenzhen Component Index gained 1.41% to 13,969.37 points. The ChiNext Index added 1.55%, but the STAR 50 Index fell 0.47%. Among tradable A-shares, 4,891 stocks advanced, accounting for 88.59% of the total, while 562 declined and 68 were flat. A total of 74 stocks hit the daily limit up, including 66 on the main board, six on ChiNext, and two on the STAR Market. Aili Home recorded its fifth consecutive limit-up, the longest streak. Leading industries for limit-up stocks were medical, electrical equipment, and electronics.

By industry, the sectors with the most limit-up stocks were medical, electrical equipment, and electronics, with 14, eight, and eight stocks respectively.
Among the limit-up stocks, five were ST stocks, including ST Hongda and *ST Cuihua. In terms of consecutive limit-up days, Aili Home recorded five consecutive limit-ups, the longest streak. Based on the order book size at the morning close, Taiji Industry attracted the most capital, with a limit-up order book of 84.9018 million shares, followed by Zhibo Shares with 72.7726 million shares and Ningbo Construction with 53.232 million shares. By order book value, Taiji Industry, Fenghua High-Tech, and Aili Home had the largest amounts, at RMB 1.521 billion, RMB 884 million, and RMB 653 million, respectively.
