Shein Hong Kong Shares Fall 10% After Contact Lens Recalls in New Zealand and Australia

Australia's competition and consumer regulator also issued a similar recall.

Shein's Hong Kong-listed shares fell 9.49% to HKD 36.26. Shein is known for low-priced clothing and new designs brought to market quickly. Its low-cost model in Europe and the United States faces tariff and regulatory changes. Shein listed in Hong Kong earlier in September 2026.
