Six A-Share Firms Announce Private Placements on Sept 1; International Composites Plans Up to RMB 5 Billion

On September 1, 2026, six A-share companies disclosed private placement announcements. International Composites proposed raising up to RMB 5 billion, the largest among new plans. So far in 2026, 132 companies have completed private placements, with 45 raising over RMB 1 billion each. Air China, China Shenhua, and Songfa led with RMB 20 billion, RMB 20 billion, and RMB 7 billion respectively.

On September 1, six A-share companies issued announcements related to private placements. Among them, one company disclosed a placement proposal, one had its proposal approved by shareholders, two received exchange approval, one received CSRC approval, and one halted its plan. Among the newly disclosed proposals that day, International Composites planned to raise up to RMB 5 billion, the highest amount.

Since the start of 2026, 132 companies have announced the completion of private placements, with 45 raising more than RMB 1 billion each. In terms of total funds raised, Air China, China Shenhua, and Songfa ranked at the top, with totals of RMB 20 billion, RMB 20 billion, and RMB 7 billion, respectively.
