Sun Hung Kai's Cullinan Sky Phase 2 Sells 4 Units via Tender for Over HK$66 Million

Cullinan Sky Phase 2, a Sun Hung Kai Properties development in Kai Tak, Kowloon East, recorded four tender transactions in a single day, raising a combined over HK$66 million. The project logged sales again today, marking the seventh consecutive week with transactions.

Among the units sold, a 27th-floor A5 unit in Tower 2 (Elite Zone), with a usable floor area of 545 square feet and a two-bedroom-plus-storage-room layout, was sold for HK$21.16 million, or HK$38,826 per square foot.
