Sun Hung Kai's Tsin Yue Final 57 Units from RMB4.32M, 133 Units on Saturday
Sun Hung Kai Properties released the final price list for Tsin Yue in Yuen Long, offering 57 units with saleable areas from 290 to 498 sq ft. Prices for select units were adjusted up by 1% to 5%, with discounted prices starting at about RMB4.32 million. The developer will sell 133 units on Saturday, September 12, including 46 by price list and 87 by tender. As of September 8, 384 units had been sold, representing about 94% of price-list units, raising nearly RMB2.1 billion.
Sun Hung Kai Properties has published the sixth price list for Tsin Yue, the project at Ha Kau Po Tsuen, Kam Tin, Yuen Long, offering the final batch of 57 units. The units have saleable areas ranging from 290 to 498 sq ft, comprising six one-bedroom, 39 two-bedroom, and 12 three-bedroom units. Due to differences in views and orientation, the developer adjusted pricing according to individual conditions, with some premium units seeing a slight increase of about 1% to 5%. Discounted prices start at approximately RMB4.32 million.
The developer has also filed the sales arrangement, confirming the sale of 133 units this Saturday, September 12. Of these, 46 units will be sold via the price list, while the remaining 87 units will be offered by tender. The 46 price-list units include two one-bedroom, 36 two-bedroom, and eight three-bedroom units, with saleable areas from 290 to 498 sq ft. The entry-level units are on the 15th floor of Tower 1, units H and J, each with a saleable area of 290 sq ft and a one-bedroom layout, with discounted prices of about RMB4.35 million. As of 6:00 pm on September 8, the project had sold 384 units in total, with about 94% of price-list units sold, accumulating nearly RMB2.1 billion in sales proceeds.
