Ten A-share Companies Face Lockup Expiry on Aug 31, Total Market Value RMB 7.312 Billion

On August 31, ten A-share companies will see lockup expiries, releasing a combined 547 million shares valued at RMB 7.312 billion based on recent closing prices. Aerospace Smart Manufacturing leads with a release of 463 million shares worth RMB 6.053 billion, followed by Road & Bridge Information and Nengzhiguang. Three companies have lockup ratios exceeding 10%.

Data show that on August 31, a total of ten companies will have restricted shares unlocked, with a combined release of 547 million shares. Based on the latest closing prices, the total market value of these unlocked shares amounts to RMB 7.312 billion. Among them, four companies will release more than ten million shares each. Aerospace Smart Manufacturing, Shanghai International Port Group, and Road & Bridge Information lead in release volume, with 463 million shares, 31.6019 million shares, and 26.2141 million shares, respectively.

In terms of market value, four companies will see unlocked shares exceed RMB 100 million. Aerospace Smart Manufacturing, Road & Bridge Information, and Nengzhiguang are at the forefront, with market values of RMB 6.053 billion, RMB 661 million, and RMB 254 million, respectively. Regarding the proportion of unlocked shares to total share capital, three companies exceed 10%. Aerospace Smart Manufacturing, Road & Bridge Information, and Nengzhiguang have lockup release ratios of 54.74%, 34.16%, and 20.58%, respectively.
