13 A-Share Companies Face Lock-up Expiry on Aug. 10, Unlocking RMB 13.911 Billion

On August 10, 13 A-share companies will see their restricted shares unlock, totaling 941 million shares worth RMB 13.911 billion at the latest closing prices. Eight companies have unlock volumes exceeding 10 million shares, led by Lujiazui, Lanjian Electronics, and Lingwei Technology. Eight companies also have unlock market values above RMB 100 million, with Lujiazui, Lingwei Technology, and Zijian Electronics topping the list. Six companies have unlock ratios exceeding 10% of total share capital, led by Lingwei Technology at 26.41%, Zijian Electronics at 25.33%, and Dingjia Precision at 20.26%.

On August 10, a total of 13 companies in the A-share market will see their restricted shares unlock, with a combined volume of 941 million shares. Based on the latest closing prices, the total unlocked market value is RMB 13.911 billion. Among them, eight companies have unlock volumes exceeding 10 million shares, with Lujiazui, Lanjian Electronics, and Lingwei Technology leading, with unlock volumes of 779 million shares, 37.8126 million shares, and 28.6473 million shares, respectively.

In terms of unlocked market value, eight companies have an unlock market value exceeding RMB 100 million, with Lujiazui, Lingwei Technology, and Zijian Electronics leading at RMB 7.11 billion, RMB 2.728 billion, and RMB 846 million, respectively. In terms of the ratio of unlocked shares to total share capital, six companies have unlock ratios exceeding 10%, with Lingwei Technology, Zijian Electronics, and Dingjia Precision leading at 26.41%, 25.33%, and 20.26%, respectively.
