SMIC Concept Stocks Drop 3.81% as Main Capital Net Outflow Reaches RMB 8.493 Billion
On August 3, the SMIC concept sector fell 3.81%, with main capital net outflows reaching RMB 8.493 billion. A total of 62 stocks saw net outflows, 23 of them exceeding RMB 100 million. Demingli led with RMB 1.255 billion, followed by AMEC, NAURA, and Montage Technology. Despite the decline, 20 related stocks rose, led by Shunna (+9.99%) and Guotou Zhonglu (+9.98%). Other sectors were mixed: shared-bike, CSP, and flexible HVDC gained, while National Big Fund holdings, memory chips, lithography, and advanced packaging fell.
At the close on August 3, the SMIC concept sector fell 3.81%, placing it among the top decliners in the concept-sector rankings. Within the sector, Zhongke Feice, Jingce Electronics, and Zhengfan Technology led the declines. Still, 20 related stocks rose on the day: Shunna gained 9.99%, Guotou Zhonglu rose 9.98%, and Zaisheng Technology advanced 6.52%.
On capital flows, the sector recorded a net main-capital outflow of RMB 8.493 billion for the day, with 62 stocks seeing net main-capital outflows, of which 23 exceeded RMB 100 million. Demingli posted the largest net outflow at RMB 1.255 billion, followed by AMEC with RMB 877 million, NAURA with RMB 829 million, and Montage Technology with RMB 686 million. During the same period, Shunna attracted net main-capital inflows of RMB 170 million, Zhongke Feice RMB 102 million, and Zaisheng Technology RMB 81.0614 million.
Other concept sectors were mixed on the day. The shared-bike sector rose 3.97%, the concentrated solar power sector gained 3.21%, and the flexible HVDC transmission sector advanced 2.99%. The National Big Fund shareholding sector fell 4.49%, the memory chip sector dropped 3.15%, the lithography machine sector declined 2.67%, and the advanced packaging sector lost 2.29%.
