St. George's Mansions in Ho Man Tin sold a 772-square-foot two-bedroom unit at its Block 3 for RMB 26.62 million, or RMB 34,482 per square foot, completing sales of all units in Block 3. The project has sold 161 units, over 90% of total, amassing nearly RMB 11.8 billion, with only a few two-bedroom units in Blocks 1 and 2 remaining.
St. George's Mansions in Ho Man Tin today sold Unit C on the 6th floor of Block 3, a two-bedroom unit with a saleable area of 772 square feet, at a transaction price of RMB 26.62 million, representing a saleable area price of RMB 34,482 per square foot. With this sale, all units in Block 3 have been fully sold.
Cumulatively, the entire project has sold 161 units, accounting for over 90% of the total number of units, with total sales proceeds approaching RMB 11.8 billion. Currently, only a limited number of two-bedroom units with a saleable area of 764 square feet in Blocks 1 and 2 remain for sale.
The buyer of this unit was a local prominent family. The project has previously attracted foreign financial professionals and experts, and there have been more than 20 bulk transactions where the same buyer purchased two or more units.
