Zhongqi Co., Ltd. to Acquire Stake in Ningbo Xinwan Intelligent Technology to Operate Test Field by 2029
Zhongqi Co. , Ltd. said it will acquire a stake in Ningbo Qianwan New Area Xinwan Intelligent Technology Service Co. through a capital increase and share expansion to operate the Ningbo Test Field project. The project, currently under construction, is scheduled to be completed and start operations in 2029. Upon commencement, Zhongqi will dispatch a management team to oversee daily operations.
Zhongqi Co. , Ltd. stated during an institutional survey that the Ningbo Test Field project is invested and built by Ningbo Haichuang Automotive Technology Co. , a subsidiary of Ningbo Qianwan New Area. The company will acquire a stake in Ningbo Qianwan New Area Xinwan Intelligent Technology Service Co. through a capital increase and share expansion to operate the Ningbo Test Field project. The project is currently under construction and is planned to be completed and officially put into operation in 2029. After the project is operational, the company will dispatch a management team to be responsible for daily operations.
