It has a base clock of 3.7GHz, a single-core boost of up to 5.0GHz, and a total cache of 38MB, comprising 32MB of L3 cache and 6MB of L2 cache. The thermal design power is rated at 65W.

In the existing product range, the Ryzen 5 7500F also offers six cores and 12 threads with a maximum boost of 5.0GHz, and typically sells for around USD 130 to 140. The Ryzen 5 7500X3D, which uses 3D V-Cache technology, has a maximum boost of about 4.5GHz due to cache stacking design limits, and is priced at approximately USD 285. The Ryzen 5 7500F is primarily sold in OEM or tray versions and does not include a cooler.
