Baili Tianheng Begins Phase III Trial of T-Bren Plus Pertuzumab in HER2-Positive Breast Cancer
On September 13, 2026, Baili Tianheng announced that the first participant has recently been enrolled in a Phase III randomized controlled trial of its self-developed injectable T-Bren (a HER2 ADC) combined with pertuzumab as neoadjuvant treatment for HER2-positive breast cancer, compared with docetaxel plus carboplatin plus trastuzumab plus pertuzumab.
T-Bren (BL-M07D1) is an antibody-drug conjugate targeting HER2. To date, T-Bren is being evaluated in 20 clinical trials in China and internationally.
