CATL Signs Five-Year Strategic Cooperation Pact with Lianyungang Public Transport Group

Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. , Limited (CATL) and the public transport subsidiary of Lianyungang Transport Holding Group have recently signed a five-year strategic cooperation framework agreement. The two parties will deepen collaboration in vehicle aftermarket services and urban battery-swapping networks, jointly promoting the low-carbon development of urban public transport.

The cooperation is intended to integrate resources from both sides, enhance the operating efficiency and maintenance standards of public transport fleets, and advance the application of battery-swapping infrastructure in public transport scenarios. The agreement covers a five-year cooperation period, with specific implementation details to be gradually clarified in line with subsequent progress.
