D-Robotics Raises USD 400 Million in Series C Led by Mirae Asset

The round was led by Mirae Asset, with joint participation from Meituan Strategic Investment, government investment platforms including Hefei Construction Investment, Shenzhen Nanshan Strategic Emerging Industry Investment, and Jingquan Capital, as well as investment institutions including Cathay Capital, Huamei International Investment Group, GF Xinde, Beyond Moore, and the Xinchip Phase II Fund under Qihang Investment. Existing shareholders continued to increase their commitments, including Hillhouse Venture Capital, 5Y Capital, Linear Capital, Huangpu River Capital, Vertex Growth under Temasek, Prosperity7, Hexuan Capital, Yunfeng Fund, Meituan Dragon Ball, Jiuyang Family Office, Dunhong Asset, Kailian Capital, Boiling Point Capital, Jiuhe Venture Capital, Chuxin Capital, Digital Future, and Gengxin Capital.
The financing will strengthen the product layout of the Sunrise chip across the full computing power range, build a full-link software platform spanning data collection, model training, simulation verification, and inference deployment, and use software-hardware integrated embodied intelligence infrastructure to meet full-scenario development needs from mature product categories to general-purpose humanoid robots.
In the first half of 2026, D-Robotics' revenue grew several times compared with the same period in 2025, cumulative shipments of the Sunrise series chips exceeded 8 million units, and its embodied intelligence business entered the stage of mass-production-level shipments.
