On September 17, the China (International) Flavor, Fragrance and Cosmetics Industry Annual Conference and Boutique Expo opened in Nanjing. Florasis presented its latest scientific research results and launched two new products: the Florasis Reishi Honey Powder Compact and the Florasis West Lake Scene Series Fragrance.
The Reishi Honey Powder Compact overcomes the technical barrier of incorporating essence into powder. It makes technical improvements aimed at the difficulty of balancing moisturizing, adherence and long wear in the setting-powder category, as well as long-standing user concerns in autumn and winter such as dryness, flaking and makeup fading.
Since 2021, Florasis has conducted the Oriental True Color research project on Chinese women's skin types and skin tones. In 2022, it released the report Oriental True Color: A Study on the Accompanying Characteristics of Chinese Women's Skin Tones Based on Skin Biophysical Properties. In 2024, supported by four innovative beauty technologies including butterfly-wing light sensing technology and Wanxiang color correction technology, it introduced a good-complexion color cosmetics solution. In 2025, it established the seven-dimensional good-complexion evaluation standard. Over the years, Florasis has gradually built an Oriental Good Complexion scientific theory spanning consumer research, basic research, ingredient and formula development, and product development.
In 2020, Florasis founded the Oriental Beauty R&D System, building a full-chain research and development system from technology to culture. As a core support of this system, Flower Nourishment Technology centers on floral ecological research and applies plant active ingredients from floral ecosystems and biomimetic technologies to product development. Starting from color cosmetics, Florasis has extended Flower Nourishment Technology into skincare and fragrance.
