Hangke Technology reported H1 2026 revenue of RMB 2.153 billion, up 5.44% year-on-year, and net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 154 million, down 45.28%. The decline was mainly due to non-recurring items including exchange losses and share-based payment expenses totaling about RMB 135 million. The company proposed an interim dividend of RMB 0.67 per 10 shares, totaling about RMB 40.45 million. Contract liabilities reached RMB 3.404 billion, up 7.09% from end-2025, while inventory rose 28.43% to RMB 4.323 billion, reflecting strong order backlog. The company also completed a controlling stake in Hangke Instruments, forming a dual business of lithium battery equipment and semiconductor testing.

Hangke Technology disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report on the evening of August 26. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 2.153 billion, up 5.44% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 154 million, down 45.28% year-on-year. The company said the profit decline was mainly due to non-recurring factors including exchange losses and share-based payment expenses totaling approximately RMB 135 million. Meanwhile, the company disclosed an interim dividend proposal, planning to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.67 per 10 shares (including tax), with a total dividend of approximately RMB 40.45 million.

As of the end of the reporting period, the company's contract liabilities reached RMB 3.404 billion, up 7.09% from the end of 2025; inventory stood at RMB 4.323 billion, up 28.43% from the end of 2025. The proportion of finished goods and goods in transit in inventory increased, reflecting a full order backlog and accelerated production and delivery across projects.

On the business front, the company completed a capital increase and controlling stake in Hangke Instruments, holding 51% of its equity, forming a dual business pattern of 'lithium battery post-processing intelligent equipment + semiconductor precision testing'. Hangke Instruments focuses on reliability testing for power semiconductors, MLCC, AI and automotive SoC chips. The two parties will achieve synergies in technology R&D, customer resources, supply chain systems, and global channels. The engineering capabilities and overseas market resources of the lithium battery equipment main business will support the expansion of the semiconductor testing business.

In terms of global layout, the company has established an overseas manufacturing base in Cheonan, South Korea, and is continuously advancing the capacity ramp-up of the Korean plant, building a production network of 'five domestic plants + overseas plants in South Korea and Japan'. The overseas base can shorten delivery cycles for overseas customer orders and hedge against international trade barriers and exchange rate fluctuation risks. The semiconductor testing business will also leverage existing overseas channels to expand into overseas markets.

In the first half of 2026, the company's R&D investment was RMB 152 million, accounting for 7.06% of revenue, with an R&D team of 1,504 people. During the period, 22 new invention patents were added, bringing the cumulative number of patents to 487. The company launched a self-developed one-stop post-processing whole-line intelligent management system, using AI algorithms for dynamic cell sorting and online fault diagnosis. At the same time, the company continues to lay out next-generation battery technologies such as solid-state batteries and large cylindrical batteries.

On the manufacturing side, the company adheres to a high proportion of self-supply of core components, and has built precision CNC machining centers, intelligent three-dimensional warehouses, and FAT whole-line joint commissioning test centers. Products undergo full-condition simulation verification before leaving the factory.
