Jiejia Weichuang Subsidiary's Photomask Cleaning Equipment Verified and Delivered, Over 80% Domestic Key

Chuangwei Microelectronics (Changzhou) Co. , Ltd. , a subsidiary of Jiejia Weichuang, has completed verification of its self-developed photomask cleaning equipment at multiple end-user fabs and achieved mass production and delivery. The equipment meets advanced process requirements in particle control, water mark prevention, and surface cleanliness.

In the field of photomask cleaning, Chuangwei Microelectronics has formed a complete product matrix covering quartz photomasks in sizes from 5 to 9 inches. It supports fully automatic front and back cleaning, with optional AOI particle detection and SMIF automatic loading and unloading functions. The domestic content rate of key components exceeds 80%, and the software is fully self-developed.
