Moutai Self-Op Stores Raise Feitian Price to RMB 1,753, Second Increase in 2026

On August 8, Kweichow Moutai's self-operated stores again adjusted retail prices, raising the offline retail price of Feitian 53% vol 500ml Kweichow Moutai liquor (2026) to RMB 1,753 per bottle, RMB 114 higher than the RMB 1,639 price on the i-Moutai platform. The adjustment came less than half a month after the self-operated stores raised Feitian Moutai to RMB 1,719 per bottle at the end of July, marking the second independent price increase by these stores in 2026. Besides Feitian Moutai, retail prices for Wuxing Moutai, Jingpin Moutai, and the classic Year of the Horse zodiac Moutai also rose, with Jingpin rising to RMB 2,410 per bottle and the classic Horse Moutai to RMB 1,951 per bottle, respectively RMB 51 and RMB 62 above the i-Moutai platform prices. Some self-operated store staff said that at RMB 1,753 per bottle, individual customers can buy at most one carton (six bottles) per day, subject to actual store availability. A few stores had not yet implemented the increase that day and continued to sell at RMB 1,719 per bottle.
