Microsoft Unveils $899 25th Anniversary Transparent Green Xbox, Launching Nov 13
Microsoft has priced its 25th Anniversary Edition Xbox at $899, with a release date of November 13. Pre-orders open August 27 at 10 a. m. ET, though some fans receive early access emails starting today. Each console includes a laser-etched number and a download code for the full game Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary. The special edition is an Xbox Series X with 1TB storage. A bundled limited-edition controller is available separately for $79, shipping October 20.
Microsoft's 25th Anniversary Edition Xbox is priced at $899 and will officially launch on November 13. Pre-orders for the console open on August 27 at 10 a. m. ET, though some Xbox fans have already begun receiving email notifications for early pre-order access starting today.
Each console comes with a download code for the full game Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary and features a laser-etched serial number. The special edition is internally an Xbox Series X with 1TB of storage.

Microsoft first unveiled the 25th Anniversary Edition console during its June Xbox Games Showcase, where it also announced that all attendees wearing a "Fan" badge would receive one free.
Additionally, Microsoft has released limited-edition peripherals in the "OG Green" colorway, including a keyboard, mouse, headset, and mobile controller.
