Momenta Launches Robovan Autonomous Freight Service in Suzhou, Systems in Over 1 Million Vehicles
Chinese autonomous driving company Momenta has launched its Robovan autonomous freight business. Vehicles are now operating in Suzhou's Xiangcheng District for express and overnight delivery. The business uses the R7 world model and a map-free approach, with technology drawing on experience from passenger car deployments.
Currently, over 1 million mass-produced vehicles are equipped with Momenta's system. The company has delivered systems for more than 100 vehicle models and has obtained design wins for over 210 vehicle models.
