MYbank Launches Bailing 2.0 Inclusive Finance Agent for 42 Million Small Businesses
At the 2026 Inclusion Bund Conference on September 11, 2026, MYbank unveiled Bailing 2.0, its first inclusive finance agent for small and micro businesses, serving 42 million users with credit, bill and tax services. Eight AI workbenches now support risk control, approval, marketing and R&D. In a demonstration, a restaurant owner's credit line rose from RMB 150,000 to RMB 400,000, with approval taking about 10 minutes instead of three days.
On September 11, 2026, at the 2026 Inclusion Bund Conference, MYbank disclosed its latest progress on the "AI bank": the launch of Bailing 2.0, its first inclusive finance agent for small and micro businesses, providing credit, bill and tax services to 42 million small and micro users, and the deployment of eight AI workbenches, with AI entering core business areas including risk control, approval, marketing and research and development. MYbank users can currently use Bailing 2.0 through the MYbank app or mini-program in three services: MYbank Loan, AI Tax Assistant and AI Bill Manager, handling loan financing, tax and bill discounting respectively.
A case was demonstrated at the conference: a restaurant owner surnamed Wang, preparing to open a second store, already had a credit line of RMB 150,000 and asked Bailing 2.0 to increase it. Bailing 2.0 went on to ask about the investment in the new store, the performance of the existing store and his own funds, and found that what he really needed to address was a funding gap of about RMB 400,000 for the new store. After approval, his credit line was raised from RMB 150,000 to RMB 400,000, to be drawn in installments according to the progress of the store opening; only interest is payable for the first six periods, with no principal repayment for the time being. It took about 10 minutes from the request to the final plan, whereas such complex requests previously took three days. During the process, the small business owner's information was accessed only within the authorized scope, and key decisions such as credit limits and repayment arrangements were still made by personnel with the relevant authority.
MYbank has established an "Agent First" principle and built eight AI workbenches, with tasks such as information collection, analysis and execution given priority to AI, while employees set standards, review results, make judgments at key points and step in promptly in special situations. Business rules, historical cases and expert experience have been organized into materials that AI can understand and consult and use at any time, providing a basis for AI to handle business.
On efficiency data, the AI quantitative risk control workbench "Qianliyan" reduced the mistaken handling of normal operators by about 40%; the AI manual review risk control workbench "Dinghaizhen" increased the capacity to process complex loan applications by nearly 20 times, while asset quality remained stable; and the AI product and research workbench "Jindouyun" shortened the development time of a product's first verifiable version from 33 days to 2 days. Professional capabilities originally scattered across departments and positions can be mobilized as a whole; when a user raises a request, all stages advance together around that request.
