Shengu Group's IPO Registration for Shanghai Main Board Takes Effect, 2025 Revenue RMB 10.122 Billion
Shengu Group Co. , Ltd. has cleared IPO registration for the Shanghai main board, effective July 30, 2026. The compressor manufacturer posted 2025 revenue of RMB 10.122 billion and net profit of RMB 739 million, with an overdue accounts receivable ratio of 61.41%. Controlling shareholder Tiexi District State-owned Assets Company holds 43.07%, while Advanced Manufacturing Fund, the second-largest shareholder, holds 38.23%. The company's 2026 first-quarter net profit surged 132.21% year-on-year.
Shengu Group Co. , Ltd. received registration approval on July 30, 2026, and is set to list on the Shanghai main board. The company was established in February 2003 and converted to a joint-stock company in October 2010, with its headquarters in the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. Prior to this offering, Tiexi District State-owned Assets Company held 43.07% of the company's shares as the controlling shareholder, and the Shenyang Tiexi District State-owned Assets Supervision Bureau is the actual controller. During the mixed-ownership reform in 2022, the company introduced strategic investor Advanced Manufacturing Fund, which is now the second-largest shareholder with a 38.23% stake. In 2024, by sales of large heavy-duty centrifugal compressors, Shengu Group ranked first in market share in the industry.
