Xiaomi Unveils China's First 3nm Autonomous Driving AI Chip, Commercial Use by 2027
Xiaomi officially announced the completion of development for the Xuanjie D100, China's first 3nm high-compute AI chip for autonomous driving. The chip uses advanced 3nm process technology and integrates a 20-core high-performance CPU and a 16-core high-compute NPU, supporting up to 160GB of unified memory. This allows local deployment of ultra-large models with 200 billion parameters. The Xuanjie D100 is planned for commercial use in 2027.
