Xiaomi Unveils Xuanjie O3 AI Flagship SoC, AnTuTu Score 5.22 Million, Performance Up 60%

Xiaomi has officially released the Xuanjie O3 chip, positioned as an "AI flagship SoC" for its highest-end products. The chip scores 5.22 million on AnTuTu, making it the first flagship mobile processor to break the 5 million mark. On the CPU side, the Xuanjie O3 adopts a ten-core all-big-core design, with multi-core scores surpassing 15,000 for the first time, delivering a 60% performance improvement over the previous generation.

For the GPU, the Xuanjie O3 debuts the G2-Ultra NX graphics processor, which the company describes as a generational leap, offering an 85% performance increase while reducing power consumption by 64%. Additionally, the chip is the world's first mobile processor to support the LPDDR6 memory standard, achieving memory bandwidth of 113.8GB/s, a 48% improvement over the Xuanjie O1.
