On 15 September 2026, Hong Kong's first publicly accessible megawatt fast-charging station officially began operation. The station was built jointly by XPeng Group and Halo and is XPeng Group's first X-Energy megawatt fast-charging station worldwide.
The station adopts XPeng's self-developed megawatt fast-charging technology, the first application of that technology anywhere in the world. The site is open to drivers of all vehicle brands.
