In the first half, cumulative bus sales reached 20,100 units, down 5.73% year on year. As of the end of the reporting period, Yutong Bus's production and sales of large and medium buses remained the industry's first.

In terms of R&D investment, Yutong Bus's R&D expenditure during the reporting period was RMB829 million, accounting for 4.96% of operating revenue. R&D expenditure was mainly directed to product development of new all-electric styling for the light bus series, improvement and upgrading of traditional products, development and refinement of new high-end products for overseas markets, upgrade development of domestic public transit and highway products, as well as new technology development and upgrades in new energy three-electric systems, intelligent driving, and telematics.

In the first half of 2026, total demand in the domestic large and medium bus market decreased year on year, but exports of large and medium buses increased 18.45% year on year, of which new-energy bus exports increased 29.77% year on year.
