Zhonghua Life launched a nationwide 2026 inclusive finance campaign combining financial education, welfare services, and digital innovation, coinciding with the opening year of the 15th Five-Year Plan and the 14th National Insurance Publicity Day. The insurer reached thousands through online quizzes and offline community lectures, deployed heart-attack screening stations and warm service points, and digitized underwriting, claims, and policy servicing. In 2025, its E-underwriting rate hit 99.52%, E-receipt confirmation 96.24%, and average claim payment cycle stood at 1.09 days. It won awards for financial dispute resolution, financial technology innovation, and customer experience.

2026 marks the opening year of China's 15th Five-Year Plan and coincides with the 14th National Insurance Publicity Day on July 8. Under the theme "Forge Ahead in the 15th Five-Year Plan: Insurance Empowers Progress," Zhonghua Life carried out a nationwide series of activities spanning red-heritage education, financial knowledge outreach, convenience and welfare services, and digital innovation, advancing inclusive finance and extending the reach of livelihood-related services.

On financial education, Zhonghua Life built a three-dimensional outreach matrix integrating online and offline channels. Online, it launched public-benefit insurance knowledge quizzes and science short-video collection campaigns covering pension planning, health protection, and anti-fraud awareness, attracting participation from several thousand members of the public. Offline, professional lecturing teams visited communities, campuses, farmers' markets, and urban parks, targeting key groups including the elderly, young people, new urban residents, and workers in emerging business forms, explaining financial risks such as fraudulent wealth-management products, pension scams, and misleading sales practices, while also conducting policy briefings and risk-response drills.

On welfare services, Zhonghua Life established public heart-attack screening stations, extending its service from post-claim compensation to preventive health protection. Its offline outlets were upgraded into "Insurance Warm Stations" equipped with reading glasses, first-aid supplies, and rest facilities, providing respite, business consultation, and emergency assistance to elderly customers, sanitation workers, and food-delivery riders. The company dispatched volunteer teams to villages, communities, and senior colleges to run financial literacy sessions, helping grassroots residents identify illegal fundraising and guard against pension fraud. On consumer rights protection, the insurer institutionalized its general manager reception day mechanism and built a closed-loop "receive, handle, follow-up" complaint management process. Risk-warning materials were posted at business outlets, and new-media platforms regularly published case-based educational content. The company's financial dispute resolution mechanism earned it the "Excellent Case Award for Financial Consumer Dispute Resolution" under the 2026 Annual Financial Consumer Protection and Service Innovation Cases presented by China Financial Media.

On digitalization, Zhonghua Life adopted an "AI plus traditional culture" model to produce insurance education short videos distributed via WeChat, Douyin, and other new-media platforms. Core operations including underwriting, claims, and policy servicing were moved fully online, backed by a big-data intelligent underwriting and claims risk-control system. In 2025, the E-underwriting rate for personal business reached 99.52%, the E-receipt confirmation rate stood at 96.24%, and the average claim payment cycle was 1.09 days. The company's self-developed Business Accuracy Monitoring Platform won the 15th Financial Technology Innovation Award, its IT front-end basic service platform was selected as an Excellent Case of Innovative Technology and Platform, and in 2025 the company was named the Annual Customer Experience Insurance Leader.

Zhonghua Life said it will continue to standardize the operation of insurance education, convenience services, and digital innovation, optimize protection plans in livelihood areas such as pension and health, and channel service resources toward the grassroots, supporting the improvement of the multi-tiered social security system.
