Its cross-joint tendon decoupling design enables each finger to be independently and precisely controlled, permitting complex operations such as using chopsticks and scissors.
All models complete 1 million reciprocating cycles with zero failures, operate stably across a temperature range from -20°C to 60°C, and are resistant to radiation interference. High-degree-of-freedom tactile dexterous hands currently sell for around RMB 100,000 to 200,000, though their continuous industrial operation life is under three months. The team has improved product longevity and industrialization support through component reliability optimization.
Lens Technology, as strategic investor, will gradually equip its own factories with dexterous hand data acquisition systems to generate high-quality training data. After establishing operations in Xiangjiang New Area, Zhongke Huisi will work with the local government to build the largest dexterous hand skills training ground in China, collecting real application data from Hunan's industrial scenarios. Embodiment data volume has reached 1 million tokens, but no mature model can yet drive a dexterous hand with 20 to 30 degrees of freedom.
The team plans to conduct embodiment-free data collection, skills training, and application verification around real tasks, launch a basic operation model, and build an intelligent "little brain" adapted to the dexterous hands, optimizing hardware design accordingly to drive a dual-loop iteration of hardware, algorithms, and model data.
